Telesat owns Earth Stations in various "off the beaten track" locations throughout Canada. Earth Stations house the equipment (primarily an antenna and ground communications equipment) needed to receive from and/or transmit to a satellite. A small team of technologists typically staff these facilities.
The Company employs teams of technologists and engineers to provide maintenance support for large customer network operations within the United States.
