| Responsible for: - Responsible for all aspects of the overall management of large scale, global HRMS program implementation from design to completion.
- Manages and aligns all logistical and tactical aspects of the program, integrating it with other HR initiatives. Tracks program milestones and deliverables. Establishes risk mitigation plans.
- Provides a high level understanding of organization human resource business systems and applicable processes.
- Manages stakeholder and HR communications, including regular project briefings with HR leadership team and steering committee.
- Develops and deploys a PMO/Project Governance model and is responsible for business processes and change, service delivery model requirements, operation and technical requirements, functional design and change management.
- Manages the software vendor implementation support, program management, and implementation support internally and externally.
- Coordinates the various HR transformation program work streams.
- Partners with internal IT organization to ensure adherence to corporate information technology standards, security, enterprise architecture, program management policies and procedures.
Requirements: - Broad training in a related professional field usually acquired through an undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Job related experience for 7 years minimum, including leadership and integration management experience.
- Strong program management experience, preferably in large SAP or PeopleSoft implementations and/or HR transformation programs.
- Experience required in scope control, risk and issue management, delivery, acceptance, team and infrastructure, stakeholder management, benefits realization and project financials.
- Proven delivery experience, with emphasis in on-time delivery, to meet high quality standards.
- Substantial experience with MS Project and MS Office products.
- Experience with a structured software development methodology.
- Experience in defining and driving process-driven methodologies, quality control and best practices.
- Expertise with resource and budget management.
- Experience with generating business cases/ROI. Must have experience performing technology selection and vendor management
- Knowledge of human resource functional area.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems functionality and their benefits.
- HR and financial implementations beneficial.
- Familiar with continuous improvement processes such as lean, Six Sigma, COBIT, ITIL, CMMi.
Travel: This position requires 30% travel.
