Position Status:Full TIme
The Customer Programs Coordinator (CPC) reports directly to the Customer Programs Manager (CPM). Together, they collaborate with customers, product management, sales, client services, and others to ensure effective management and growth of the HealthStream user group program.
The CPC will assist in management of 35 – 40+ user groups across the country. This includes but is not limited to: daily communication with and relationship management of 50 – 60+ customer volunteers, meeting and event management, email campaign creation and execution, industry research, assistance with print and digital collateral creation, website maintenance, data entry. In addition, the CPC helps manage the customer notification process via Pardot and is expected to help optimize processes within this tool and Salesforce.com. The CPC may also be expected to work on additional department initiatives.
