POSITION SUMMARY


The Customer Programs Coordinator (CPC) reports directly to the Customer Programs Manager (CPM). Together, they collaborate with customers, product management, sales, client services, and others to ensure effective management and growth of the HealthStream user group program.

The CPC will assist in management of 35 – 40+ user groups across the country. This includes but is not limited to: daily communication with and relationship management of 50 – 60+ customer volunteers, meeting and event management, email campaign creation and execution, industry research, assistance with print and digital collateral creation, website maintenance, data entry. In addition, the CPC helps manage the customer notification process via Pardot and is expected to help optimize processes within this tool and Salesforce.com. The CPC may also be expected to work on additional department initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execution of logistical elements for 35 – 40+ user groups
  • Relationship management of 50 – 60+ customer volunteer user group leaders
  • Email campaign creation and execution
  • Data management and optimization, including lead generation
  • Website and online community maintenance
  • Assistance with print and digital collateral creation
  • Assistance with nationwide customer conference, specifically the user group presence
  • Mastery of various marketing tools, such as Salesforce.com, Cvent, WebEx, Pardot, etc.
  • Industry research
  • Data entry


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:


A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have Salesforce.com and/or Pardot (or similar tools) experience.
  • Working with various marketing automation tools and Salesforce.com is required.
  • Desired skills and education include: Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant work experience.

 

B. SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Must be customer-focused, self-motivated, creative, and efficient as well as an effective communicator with strong writing and presentation skills.


C. ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  •  CPC must be extremely organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
