ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

The position will process the contract and billing requirements for all customers as well as answering customer service requests and new/existing customer set-up and file maintenance. Conduct review work for billing coordinators:  contracts, invoices and revenue recognition. Provide first line support for billing coordinators with issues they need help with during contract/invoice processing.Invoicing/Receivables for complex customers including revenue recognition. Contract processing for all customers with emphasis on more complex customers. Customer service calls:  answering calls/emails, scanning/sending invoices to customers. Customer set-up/file maintenance:  collecting tax exempt forms, Form W-9, entering new customer data in accounting system, updating billing contacts and addresses.

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • College degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with above job functions

B. SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • General knowledge of invoicing systems
  • Contract review experience
  • 10 key calculator skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience

C. ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to sit at a desk or table
  • Ability to work at a computer
