POSITION SUMMARY


The Marketing Manager-Campaigns (MMC) plays a lead role in the execution of marketing campaigns related to HealthStream’s products and services. The MMC will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager- Campaigns. Together, they will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Implementations, UI/UX, and others to ensure the complete leveraging of all partner and HealthStream assets. The MMC is expected to assist in developing, managing and execution of all marketing initiatives including but not limited to: drafting marketing plans, creating and managing product-specific marketing budgets, the execution of: email campaigns, digital initiatives, webinars. Additionally, management of all collateral materials and sales tools needed to support. A major responsibility of this role is the follow-up required upon completion of marketing initiatives. Specifically, tracking of leads – sales-ready and marketing-ready are critical. Marketing-ready leads will need to be nurtured until they are able to move to the next level. The MM is responsible for reporting results of marketing initiatives on a weekly basis. Emphasis is placed on results-based marketing. The MM needs to be a self-starter, comfortable working in a complex, evolving environment. Exceptional project management and organizational skills are a must. The MM will be encouraged to provide feedback to make current processes more efficient.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working in partnership with Product Managers, Sales Associates and others to establish strategic direction of marketing initiatives.
  • The development and execution of said marketing initiatives under the direction of Senior Marketing Manager.
    Collaborating with the entire marketing department to best leverage HealthStream assets to the benefit of these products.
  • Managing all collateral materials in support of the entire product solution set.
  • Reporting on campaign results and suggesting improvements that will allow for a more efficient campaign process.
  • Learning new web-based tools that are used on a daily basis, including Act-On, Saleforce.com, and Webex
  • Expected to make decisions independently


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:


A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A mandatory minimum of three years experience in marketing or related field required.
  • Degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  • Some Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

B. SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • This candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Additionally, strong computer skills are critical.

C. ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and an attention to detailed are required.
  • An energetic, mature self-starter who efficiently completes tasks in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of leadership is the perfect candidate.
  • The ability to manage relationships internally and externally is expected.
