Location:Brentwood, TN

POSITION OVERVIEW:  

Provide software usage assistance to new and existing clients, through phone, email and technical instruction documents.  This positions primary job responsibility will be to provide training and software usage suggestions to new and existing clients.  Training will include both online webinar based training and onsite travel to client location.  Position applicant will also be expected to conduct targeted proactive support campaigns for purposes of client retention, verifying client status and self-scheduling of training sessions. Position will also involve providing backup for technical support questions and documentation development.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

A. KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous software training or customer service experience
  • Comfortable in one on one training scenarios and lecture style training with large groups
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships (internally and externally)
  • Ability to provide quick and concise written and verbal instruction and developing technical procedure
  • Quick thought processes for providing both standard and unique solutions to meet client’s needs
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Must have the ability to efficiently travel using any mode of transportation throughout the United States

B. SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility; ability to adapt to change without losing efficiency or composure
  • Ability to effectively communicate to a client contact of varying computer experience.
  • Effective task management skills; ability to prioritize projects
  • Availability for overnight travel to client sites for installation, training or consulting (if required)
