What You'll Do
· Manage all aspects of MASINT task orders.
· Manage the technical, programmatic, cost and schedule issues.
· Develop technical and cost proposals for new task orders.
· Coordinate with and inform the MASINT program manager on all aspects of the contract.
· Interact regularly with the Government task manager.
· Identify and negotiate with and obtain the services of qualified sub-contractors.
· Coordinate decisions and recommendations with the Ball management and support staff.
· Interview and hire new Ball employees.
What You'll Need
- A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred plus 4 or more years experience in project management. Experience in the areas of software development, or MASINT related technologies, is a plus.
- Familiarity with the programmatic and technical programs on the MASINT contract is highly desired.
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate to Ball and Government personnel.
- In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level should be considered. Each higher-level degree, i.e. Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education.
