Job Objective: This position is a developmental role which requires strong leadership skills and will provide diverse exposure to various commercial disciplines within the Food & Household division. This could potentially lead to further leadership / management opportunities which would require relocation.

Responsibilities: 

• Develops skills in all areas of pricing, forecasting, and contract administration.
• Provides support to the director on project work and tactical field activity while providing leadership of cross functional teams
• Provides sales department with pricing recommendations and implementation of quarterly forecasts and annual budget development
• Ensures sales department complies with all obligations set out under Sarbanes/Oxley
• Actively participates on a variety of process improvement teams
• Assists with the development of customer supply agreements
• Accompanies existing sales force on customer visits; attends industry functions and conventions
• Participates in various cross functional projects to gain business breadth

Requirements: 

• Broad training in a related field acquired through college level education or equivalent
• Job related experience for a minimum of 2 years or proven leadership competencies
• Strong analytical skill set; exhibits superior leadership skills.
• Must be open to future relocation outside of Colorado; this position is a training position for a Food & Household Sales Representative position located throughout the U.S. or other potential management roles.
• Strong technical skills, including Word and Excel
• Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Dedicated to meeting both internal and external customer requirements

Travel: This position requires up to 10% travel
