Position Summary/Relocation Benefits
DRS-TSI provides a broad spectrum of Security Integration Solutions for vital DoD programs and clients through solid engineering and project management practices. We have a great opportunity for Electronic Security Engineerswith various years of experience and skill level to join our team working in a enriching environment at various facilities both CONUS and OCONUS.
Electronic Security Engineers will provide engineering design, lead the installation for all stages of system life cycle from site survey and final design to installation and post installation support. Engineers will lead integrated teams of Electronic Security Technicians and various other technical experts in the installation of various electronic security architectures and systems utilizing theoretical knowledge of fundamental scientific, engineering, mathematical or draft design principles.
Duties and Responsibilities
Candidate will install, configure, test, and maintain electronic security, access control, and intrusion detection and closed circuit television systems. Conduct basic electronics maintenance of commercial or military systems that relate to security intrusion detection or access control.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related technical field
Knowledge of government and industry standards (security, electrical, communication
Previous experience with site surveying, design, integration, installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
