Position Summary

Assembles and/or produces high quality assemblies according to detained manufacturing processes.Positions available on both first and second shift.

Job Description

Blue Print (assemble and fabrication) reading ability. Proven skill in using hand and pneumatic tools in mechanical assemblies; Good verbal and written communication skills; Understand and can develop manufacturing processes; Ability to document and improve processes; Strong analytical and problem solving ability; Assembles plastic and metal components into devices, using appropriate tooling and equipment, in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures. Completes assigned jobs in a timely manner within specifications; Maintains accurate records/documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor, and special projects; Notifies processes/tool owner when tool/equipment are in need of maintenance; Maintains cleanroom integrity via proper gowning techniques and adherence to cleanroom environment practices and procedures; Adheres to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies and procedures, good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and FDA regulations.

Other skills required

1-2 years of experience; High School Diploma or GED; Completions of assembly blue print reading class or equivalent experience. Basic computer skills in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Power Point); Minimum one year multiple product line experience; Completion of course work on; teamwork communication skills, working with diversity, leadership, 1st line leader course; Ability to lift 35 lbs.
