Job Description:

 

Individual will be a member of the PMSO staff carrying out the day to day processes of the Multi-National Forces Iraq (MNF-I), International Zone, Communications Support Office (IZ, CSO) communications infrastructure including day-to-day coordination with the PM and Deputy PM, roster maintenance,  technical training ; composing documents, i.e., Memorandums of Understanding, Memorandums of Agreement, Standard Operating Procedures, policies; managing and ensuring continuity binders for all departments within the IZ, CSO are maintained and up to date, coordinating special projects as tasked; and other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

 

·         Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite

·         Intermediate knowledge of networking

·         Demonstrated writing and presentation skills

·         Demonstrated self-starter and ability to independently resolve problems

·         Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced environment with short timelines

·         Ability to maintain a professional and courteous manner in difficult situations

·         Ability to maintain high quality work to manage multiple critical projects

·         Ability to perform and participate in a team oriented environment

·         Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of users

·         Excellent customer service skills and demeanor

·         Applicant must be a US citizen. 
·         Must also possess at a minimum an active interim SECRET clearance or higher, meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and will be subject to a government security investigation.
·         Employment will be contingent upon favorable results of a company background investigation and drug screening.

·         Must be able to deploy to hazardous duty location

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

·         Project Management Certification

·         Technical degree or equivalent experience

·         Demonstrated career advancement in a C2I related field
