The main purpose of this position is to contribute to adding client value, and growing and developing assigned key accounts by ensuring overall client satisfaction with Maritz project planning and implementation; effectively own and manage all day-to-day executional elements of assigned client programs and ongoing client relationships. This position is also responsible for the financial performance of assigned projects; contributing towards the development and mentorship of Account Coordinator's on the account team and manage workflow of same while collaborating effectively with Practices.
As our Account Executive, you will:
· Have primary day-to-day responsibility for projects related to an assigned client
· Ensure profitability of assigned accounts and related projects
· Support accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting for all account sales/growth activity as required
· Support the development and writing, distribution and action planning of project/opportunity briefs as required
· Manage proposal development with guidance from the Account Director or Account Supervisor
· Develop/present project budgets for client approval
· Lead and manage the elements of the project lifecycle.
· Develop, plan and manage project critical paths and timelines to meet delivery deadlines
· Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity within the project team and to/from the client
· Lead project team members to successfully meet client project objectives with on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery
· Coach and develop Account Coordinators and/or other members of the project team
· Manage projects within Quality Management system requirements
· Develop and maintains in-depth knowledge of the client's business, marketing programs, brands, competitors, strategies, sector, etc.
· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with all aspects of Maritz services, and resolves client satisfaction issues responsively and professionally
· Ensure effective project integration and collaboration within the project team, with the practices and across the organization
· Work effectively to create a positive employee experience and work environment
· Participate in other sector specific activities, as required and assigned
