We’re looking for individuals with a passion for retail, who are motivated achievers and hardworking team players. If you’re enrolled in an accredited institution and applicable degree program (such as Retail Management or Fashion Merchandising), our Internship program may be the perfect fit.

As a Nordstrom Retail Intern, you’ll receive mentoring and training in the exciting world of fashion through experiences that you won’t find in the classroom. During your internship, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Learn from the experienced, dedicated people who bring the Nordstrom experience to life
• Gain hands-on experience by serving our customers
• Participate in sales and customer service events
• Gain exposure to a variety of management responsibilities
• Earn a competitive wage
• Receive an employee merchandise discount

Upon successful completion of the Nordstrom Retail Internship program, you’ll be offered an Assistant Manager or Salesperson position, depending upon availability and your preferences.
