Our Retail Interns gain hands-on experience at the heart of our business – serving our customers, working with merchandise buyers, support departments, and participating in sales and customer service events.

The Internship program is open to college Juniors and Seniors enrolled in accredited institutions and applicable degree programs. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, hardworking team players, with a passion for Retail. All Nordstrom Internship programs provide the opportunity for mentoring, training, and learning activities. Interns are paid a competitive wage and receive an employee discount.
