Knowledge, Skills, and Position Summary: The Bilingual Polygraph Examiner is responsible for relevant activities to the preparation and administration of the polygraph examination. Each examiner will abide by the guidelines set forth by the American Polygraph Association as well as specific policies of this agency in terms of polygraph examinations. This position is Exempt and works under the supervision of the Polygraph Examiner. The eligible candidate for this position would work full time, 40 hours, Monday-Friday, 1st shift with the flexibility for some weekends. Regular and predictable attendance is required for this position. Fluent in reading, writing and speaking both Spanish and English is required.

Education: The minimum qualifications to be an eligible candidate for the Polygraph Examiner position is a Bachelor´s Degree in a related field with 2 years of relevant experience or a certificate of completion from an APA accredited polygraph training program. Valid Connecticut driver's license is required for all open positions at The Connection.

Orientation: If selected for employment with The Connection, Inc., newly hired employees will be required to attend New Hire Orientation on days 1-3. This orientation is held at our Main Office in Middletown, Connecticut.
