The TDL Group Corp. is currently growing our ONTARIO STORE OPENING TEAM and seeking OPERATIONS REPRESENTATIVES who are willing to TRAVEL ACROSS CANADA to open up

new TIM HORTONS store locations!

As an Operations Representative we will provide you with an opportunity to:

  • Learn best practices´ from one of Canada's most successful hospitality organizations.
  • Gain exposure to all areas of Operations including new restaurant openings, product launches and participate in special assignments.

Being a leader in the Quick-Service Restaurant industry we are committed to the excellence of our people, products and premises. 

This entry level operations role will provide you with the foundation to pursue a career in Operations Management.  We are focused on employee development and internal promotion.

Once you have completed 4 -6 weeks of training at our National Training Centre in Oakville, Ontario, you will be ready to take your skills on the road to TRAIN staff at NEW STORE OPENINGS and participate in other operationally focused projects on behalf of TDL and our Store Owners. 

Having experience in the quick service restaurant industry, customer service and training other employees is an asset!

This ONE YEAR CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY will start ASAP and is based out of our National Training Centre in Oakville!
 
Due to the travel required you MUST have a valid "G" class Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle available to you.

Qualifications:
• Customer Service oriented team player, with a "can do" attitude.
• Previous Tim Hortons store experience an asset.
• 1-2 years of food service/QSR related experience.
• University degree and/or college diploma in Operations Management, Hospitality or Commerce is an asset.
• Experience working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi task.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work within a team.
• Extensive travel within Canada.
• Applicants must have use of a vehicle and a valid 'G´ class Ontario license.
