Note: This position works on a 12-hour continental shift schedule

Reporting to the Network Lead - VOC this position is accountable for reviewing restaurant and other customer orders and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The emphasis is on accuracy, efficiency, customer service and timely communication with all business partners, including restaurant owners and managers, and all distribution centre staff.


  • Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communications skills.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is essential.
  • Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal team skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes) – warehouse management system and SAP experience is an asset

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works efficiently in a team oriented environment ensuring daily mandates and expectations are reached
  • Receives and processes restaurant orders
  • Assists customers with orders and helps resolve any issues Identifies and corrects order errors
  • Receives common carrier and courier restaurant order requests and coordinates to ensure timely shipment
  • Creates and processes restaurant return authorizations for product being returned to the Distribution Centre for credit
