Our Recruitment and Selection process

Step 1: Your application

Submit your application online.

Step 2: Assessment

TSH has a team of Human Resources Professionals who will review your application and assess your skills, knowledge and experience to the position to which you applied. We will also review your qualifications to other opportunities.

Step 3: Short-listing

Qualified applicants may be short-listed for a telephone interview conducted by a Human Resources Professional.

Step 4: In-person interview

Successful telephone interview candidates may be invited to attend an in-person interview. An in-person interview is our opportunity to learn more about you and your qualifications. It is your opportunity to learn more about TSH, the position and what we have to offer.

Step 5: Reference check

After we have had a chance to meet and learn more about you, we will contact you to discuss next steps in the process TSH conducts a thorough reference check. Each candidate who reaches this step will be asked to provide three references.

Step 6: Decisions

After moving through the recruitment process, we will determine if you fit our goals, culture and share our values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect and excellence. As a successful candidate, you will have an employment offer extended in a written offer letter. You will also receive a welcome package including a comprehensive overview of our benefits and services we provide to all TSH employees. You will be asked to provide proof of certifications, professional licenses, eligibility to work in Canada and other applicable documentation.
