TSX Venture Exchange is Canada's public venture capital marketplace, providing emerging companies with access to capital while offering investors a well-regulated market for making venture investments. With offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg, Toronto and Montreal, TSX Venture Exchange provides corporate finance, business development, and compliance and disclosure expertise in key markets across the country.

• Listed Issuer Services evaluates companies that wish to be listed on TSX Venture Exchange and reviews their ongoing financing and acquisition activities once listed on the Exchange. Members of the department work closely with prospective and current issuers, as well as sponsoring members, to ensure that the listing and review processes are efficient and timely.
• Business Development is tasked with increasing the visibility, effectiveness and competitiveness of TSX Venture Exchange through a series of relationship management initiatives, marketing programs, communications, and mentorship programs in the venture capital community. The employees on the Business Development team work closely with the Listed Issuer Services department to contribute to the growth and development of TSX Venture Exchange.
• Compliance and Disclosure oversees TSX Venture Exchange listed issuers and their management to ensure compliance with exchange requirements. The department provides advice and direction to noncompliant issuers and assists them in resolving corporate disclosure, compliance and tier maintenance deficiencies. The team liaises with issuers' management, legal counsel and auditors to identify deficiencies, formulate and review possible alternatives and oversees the execution of agreed solutions.
