The Virgin Mobile Product Marketing team is seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to manage the wireless data and services portfolio in a fast paced, highly competitive marketplace. This position provides a proven leader with an excellent opportunity to work in a high profile and challenging environment where roadmaps don't exist. The role focuses on leading & developing short & long-term business strategies to ensure the success of Virgin Mobile's data and services portfolio.

The really important stuff?

Responsible for:

• Development & execution of the wireless data and service proposition, ensuring alignment with overall Virgin Brand attributes
• Providing strategic guidance on new service opportunities, including analysis of expected customer response, profitability and impact to operations 
• Leading new product / service introduction process, working with cross functional teams to deliver exceptional results
• Providing product expertise for all  marketing and sales activities including, pricing, campaign development and execution, training and customer support 
• Managing product lifecycle including performance tracking and analysis
• Presenting program initiatives to cross functional teams, channels & senior executives
• Analyzing service revenue & profitability & formulating actionable recommendations to improve performance
• Post mortem development and analysis
• Meeting aggressive due dates on project implementation 

Critical Qualifications/Competencies:

• University degree with a Business, Marketing and/or related discipline
• 5 years of leadership experience in Marketing and/or Product Management
• Proven leadership skills managing projects across large cross functional teams
• Strong knowledge in financial business case development & economic analysis
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal (ability to effectively communicate in front of large groups of people)
• Demonstrated analytical ability to interpret problems & provide recommendations
• Ability to provide insightful observations & judgments in executive and working level situations
• Solid partnering and creative problem solving skills
• Flexibility to comfortably operate in an ever-evolving environment
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
