In addition to manufacturing operations, the company also offers a full array of services including: chemical research and development, product and process engineering, tooling, technical support and accredited laboratory testing. Woodbridge operates more than 60 facilities across 10 countries—employing over 7,500 teammates and serving more than 600 customers worldwide. 

    The St. Peters, Missouri location is currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift Production.  Starting pay is $15.25 per hour, plus shift differential.

    Role Purpose:

    To perform all duties for the Offline department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for complete removal of protective tape from velcro components.
    • Responsible for cleaning excess foam from specific areas of foam pads, which must be foam-free.
    • Responsible for trimming flash and ribbon vents from selective molded foam parts.
    • Responsible for skiving excess foam from specific parts, and also responsible for brushing the “A” surface of benches.
    • Responsible for properly packing specifically assigned product codes into designated bins by product code and specific pack count.
    • Inspect parts for quality defects
    • Make repairs to defective parts within customer quality standards

    Qualifications:

    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • Knowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations.
    • Be dependable and have a good attendance record.
    • Be available to work overtime.
    • Be able to work in a team environment.
    • Be able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.
    • Self starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.
    • Perform tasks through its completion.
