Work Location: Community and International Education Services (CIES), Summer Institute Sites
Number of Positions: Various, depending on student enrollment
Age: 14 - 18 years old (and returning to secondary school in September 2013)
Salary Rate:
- $9.60/hour plus 4% vacation pay (students under 18 years and have not completed the Secondary School Graduation Diploma)
- $11.97/hour plus 4% vacation pay (students 18 years and over or students who have completed the Secondary School Graduation Diploma)

We are now accepting applications for the 2013 Elementary Summer Learning Programs – Summer Institute (for Kids) Junior Counsellor positions.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To assist with the planning and delivery of Summer Institute programs under the direction of the Summer Institute Principal, Educational Program Leader, or Operations Assistant.
- To care for and supervise all participants during program hours.
- To demonstrate positive leadership qualities.
- To actively participate in the daily operation of the Summer Institute and special activities associated with it.
- To contribute to the staff team environment.
- To attend a Summer Institute training day in June.
Our program operates from July 2, 2013 to August 9, 2013. The table below indicates the Summer Institute Site locations and the number of weeks for each program.
