The Assistant Billing Coordinator is responsible for processing all contract and billing requirements for assigned customers. This includes setting up billing, forecasting, and revenue dates on each contract, as well as collecting on invoices after bills are sent. The Assistant Billing Coordinator is also responsible for responding to questions sent into the company-wide Accounts Receivable email inbox on a rotational basis. Additionally, the Assistant Billing Coordinator will update and maintain customer file maintenance within our billing system.
