The Organizational Development position is a full time summer internship opportunity in the Human Resources department. As an Organizational Development intern, you will support the Enterprise Manager – Organizational Development with research, recommendations, coordination, and administration of organizational development initiatives, projects, and programs for HealthStream. This includes oversight of the operations of HIP. In addition to supporting the Enterprise Manager – Organizational Development, you will support the AVP – Human Resources in a compensation analysis project.
