POSITION SUMMARY:

Manages assigned client relationships through regular communication and meetings.  Subject Matter Expert supporting implementations, sales, and marketing on industry and product solutions best practices.  Conducts client consulting projects to support clients best practice utilization of the solutions making recommendations on solution usage.  Performs HealthCheck consulting projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Best practice industry and product expert supporting implementations by providing recommendations on processes, automation and solution usage.
  • Provide sales and marketing support as assigned.
  • Develop and conduct webinars on industry and product solutions.
  • Assist in development of white papers, case studies, blog content in coordination with Marketing.
  • Conduct consulting projects through the consulting lifecycle including project management, consulting project execution, reports and more.
  • Attend national and state conferences as requested for industry.
  • Manage assigned clients through ongoing communication and review. Understand the goals, concerns and issues of assigned client.  Escalate issues within the organization and/or internally to consulting supervisor as needed.
  • Performs related duties as required.


JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years software product or project management experience in web-based solutions environment.
  • Industry experience required (2 years) – either in another area within Provider Solutions or in an organization where the candidate worked in a specialty area represented within Provider Solutions Consulting Services.
  • Demonstrated ability to absorb, develop and apply new knowledge.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team and to establish excellent colleague and client relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills; professional poise.
  • Excellent computer skills and an affinity for technology.

  • Requires initiative, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external staff including management and executive leadership.
  • Ability to establish, maintain relationships and manage communications effectively with clients, consultants, and Provider Solutions teams.

  • Ability to understand client goals, manage their expectations, and recognize additional opportunities for assistance via company products/services.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong industry knowledge and knowledge of the challenges faced by our clients.
  • Ability to determine best ways to accomplish client goals and objectives via our products/services.
  • Ability to creatively resolve difficult client issues, and find innovative ways to meet client needs.
  • Ability to work at tactical and strategic levels simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously, identifying the most meaningful priorities, and possess strong organizational and time management skills to handle such priorities.
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time.
  • This position is primarily sedentary in a normal office environment.
  • Extensive computer usage and use of the phone.
  • Could lift up to 20 lbs.
