ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for selling Verity’s payer credentialing and provider enrollment software solutions, and possibly strategic HealthStream solutions, to Verity’s healthcare prospects with a specific focus on expansion of the target market into HealthStream’s customer base and related or owned entities. The Regional Account Manager responds to inquiries from prospects, presents and demonstrates solutions, delivers proposals and pricing, and shares advice and best practices to ensure successful implementation of Verity’s solutions. The Regional Account Manager seeks to align solutions with prospects’ objectives, build relationships and credibility with key stakeholders, and meet or exceed an assigned sales quota. This individual will have responsibility for the sales process for assigned solutions, including prospecting, lead follow-up, qualifying, positioning, demonstrations, presentations, objection handling, and contract negotiations through sale closure.
