Position Status:Full TIme

Location:Nashville, TN

POSITION SUMMARY:

The position will process the contract and billing requirements for all customers as well as answering customer service requests and new/existing customer set-up and file maintenance.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Invoicing/Receivables for all customers including revenue recognition
  • Contract processing for all customers
  • Customer service calls: answering calls/emails, scanning/sending invoices to customers
  • Customer set-up/file maintenance: collecting tax exempt forms, Form W-9, entering new customer data in accounting system, updating billing contacts and addresses 

 

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

A. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school education
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience with above job functions

 

B. SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • General knowledge of invoicing systems
  • Contract review experience
  • 10 key calculator skills
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience

 

C. ABILITIES REQUIRED:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
