Fraudulent Emails Regarding Recruitment Sent on Behalf of Halton Healthcare
Halton Healthcare has learned of an email scam offering positions at Halton Healthcare for Customer Service Representative roles and requiring the setup of a TeleGram account. Halton Healthcare is warning individuals that these emails are fraudulent. Halton Healthcare does not send unsolicited emails requiring a candidate to setup a TeleGram account as part of the application process, either directly or through an agency. Position: Interchange Go-Live Support Champion – 100 positions

Department: Interchange Project 

Status:  Temporary Full-Time and Temporary Part-Time (approximately 6 weeks)

Hours: Monday to Sunday, various rotating 8 and 12 hour shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.  (subject to change based on project requirements)

Position Profile:

The Interchange Go-Live Support Champion is a personable, energetic, and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others.  As part of a coordinated support strategy, they may serve a variety of roles as part of a coordinated support structure (which includes visiting our clinical & non-clinical areas to answer questions or provide support or answers phones in our go-live call center).

The ideal candidate thrives on their desire to help others, and to work as part of a large team to find answers and solutions.  They maintain a positive attitude, engage their colleagues and those they are supporting with a positive and friendly attitude, and when they do not know the answer, are not afraid to ask for support or help.

The Interchange Go-Live Support Champion is an excellent communicator, capable of engaging all levels of the organization, from the front-line to the senior team.  They are skilled in explaining complex topics and providing step-by-step instructions and are not afraid to bring forward suggestions or ideas to help their colleagues and teammates.

Starting November 1, 2021, the Interchange Go-Live Support Champion will receive three-weeks of training to prepare them for go-live on November 13, 2021.  Once we have flipped the switch, we expect go-live support to run 24x7 for a period of three weeks, ultimately wrapping up support on or around December 3, 2021.

This is what you will be doing:

  • Serves a multitude of roles as part of the go-live support team
  • Provides shoulder-to-shoulder support for clinical and non-clinical staff & physicians
  • Attends training, asks questions, and works to understand Interchange as best as possible
  • Records questions and reported issues, ensuring they are accurately recorded and reported to the appropriate person
  • An active participant in huddles and debriefs
  • Shares information, insights and observations with support-team and command center leads
  • Brainstorms new and creative ways to share processes and updates with staff, physicians, and teammates

  • Exceptional organizational skills

Hourly Wage:  $18.55 per hour
