Halton Healthcare Services operates the Halton Diabetes Program (HDP) in Burlington, which provides information, counselling, and support for adults with diabetes/prediabetes and their families in the communities of Burlington, Georgetown, Milton and Oakville.

Halton Healthcare Services also operates a Satellite Dialysis Unit in Burlington. The unit offers dialysis closer to home in an outpatient setting for those patients who are stable and require less intensive care by the renal team.
